Bless Up Records is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a Live Chat Support agent, working remotely from the US. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and effective assistance through live chat. Responsibilities  Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.  Provide accurate information about our products and services to enhance the customer experience.  Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome.  Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions within the system.  Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.  Gather feedback from customers to improve our services and processes.  Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. Requirements  Previous experience in customer support or related field is preferred.  Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.  Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.  Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.  Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously and manage time effectively.  High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.  Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Apply Job!Â
