Job Summary:: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Performance Monitor Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance, and reliability of cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will leverage monitoring tools, and proactively identify and track bottlenecks in cloud environments. • This position will work 6 PM to 2 AM Monday - Friday* Job Duties and Responsibilities: : • Implement and maintain cloud performance monitoring tools and dashboards (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, Datadog). • Continuously monitor the health, performance, and availability of cloud systems. • Propose and implement improvements to enhance cloud system performance and efficiency. • Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to address performance issues. • Optimize cloud costs while ensuring performance standards are met. • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):: Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Must be a US Citizen able to pass a standard background check. Experience: • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). • Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools and technologies. Preferred Skills: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. • Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Administrator, etc.).
