The Amazon Connect Call Flow Engineer position is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing call flows within Amazon Connect, ensuring smooth customer interactions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service experiences. This role offers both the flexibility of remote work and a chance to contribute to Amazon's customer engagement excellence. Key Responsibilities:- Call Flow Design: Develop and design complex call flows, routing strategies, and contact flows in Amazon Connect to enhance customer experiences.
- Integration: Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services, CRM systems, and third-party applications to create seamless call center operations.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to call flow configuration, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve call flows to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of call flow designs, configurations, and changes.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing call flows in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, Lex, and DynamoDB.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect Contact Flow design and AWS CloudFormation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- AWS Certified Contact Center Specialty certification (preferred but not required).
