Description: • Prepare and review personal, corporate, and partnership tax returns for accuracy. • Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients. • Research and address complex tax compliance matters to provide expert guidance. • Review financial statements to offer strategic insights for improvement. • Develop and review tax projections to assist clients in planning. • Collaborate with payroll, financial services, and IT teams to meet client needs. • Lead internal and external presentations on diverse financial and business subjects. • Work closely with junior staff to coordinate engagement activities effectively. • Ensure timely management of time pressures to achieve firm goals. • Uphold the company's vision and values with professionalism and enthusiasm. Requirements: • CPA or EA certification required, with a strong commitment to obtaining it promptly if not already obtained. • 4-6 years of proven expertise in tax preparation, compliance, and advisory... services. • Proficient in various software programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Qount, and tax-related software. • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive client and team relationships. • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and dependability in all professional endeavors. • Resilience and enthusiasm to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. • Exceptional time management skills to consistently meet deadlines effectively. • Confident presentation abilities, capable of leading discussions on financial topics. • Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to address diverse client needs.
