Telemarketer (Please read description before applying)

Become a key member of our collaborative team as a Telemarketer! This role is located at our Remote facility. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You will be compensated with a competitive salary for your time and effort.

 

 

Role Description This is a full-time/part-time REMOTE role for a Telemarketer, it is commission only. You can live anywhere in the USA. As a Telemarketer at Simple Social Media for Seniors, your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls or emails to potential advertisers and assisting your clients with any questions or concerns they may have. The specific advertising we do is geared... toward seniors (a forgotten market). The only companies you see advertising to the senior community is for Life Insurance, Medicare, funeral expenses, etc... Your primary goal will be to generate advertising leads through effective communication and customer service. This is a very easy job to do remotely. I believe you should be able to handle 20 clients. Once you secure a client that wants to advertise with us, they become your client to post social media on our social media pages. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connect with older adults • Experience in appointment scheduling and managing a calendar • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Customer service experience, with the ability to address customer inquiries and provide assistance • Sales experience, including the ability to generate leads and promote products/services Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to guide and educate the advertiser. Previous telemarketing experience and knowledge of marketing strategies are also desirable.
