Key Responsibilities • Ignite curiosity by leading dynamic weekly Zoom lessons that incorporate virtual field trips and monthly interactive lunch gatherings. • Foster student success through grading assignments, monitoring academic progress, and collaborating on tailored educational plans. • Maintain effective communication with students, families, and team leaders through multiple channels, ensuring a supportive learning environment. • Keep meticulous online activity logs while actively participating in enjoyable and mandatory team meetings. Required Skills • Proficiency in technology platforms such as Zoom, Exact Path, and Reading Eggs. • Strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities. • Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions. Qualifications • A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field is required. • A valid Michigan teaching certification, or the willingness to obtain it within two months of employment. • Previous experience in virtual teaching and adeptness at managing an online classroom is preferred.
