This position will be based on-site at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location. Responsibilities Your Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries • Provide excellent customer service through active listening • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive • Appropriately communicate with customers Qualifications We’re looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. • 6 months customer service experience minimum • Over 18 years of age • Ability to type 25 wpm • High School Graduate or GED • Comfort with desktop computer system • Proven oral & written communication skills • 6 months Call Center experience, preferred • Logical problem-solving skills • Availability to work various shifts • Ability to use Windows operating systems • Organization and work prioritization skills Be One of Our People It is our mission to always provide an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported, so that they can bring their best selves to work every day.
