Job Summary We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper/controller to manage financial operations across multiple business entities. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks Online, multi-company management, and bilingual capabilities to support our Latin American operations.  20 hours per week (flexible scheduling)  Independent contractor status  Remote work possible  Potential for increased hours as companies grow  Pay is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities  Manage 5-6 company files in QuickBooks Online  Process multi-state sales tax using Avalara  Manage Shopify and Fishbowl inventory systems integration  Run payroll through ADP, including compliance monitoring for breaks/lunch  Prepare financial reports for insurance providers  Process accounts payable and prepare approval lists  Handle Spanish-language financial communications with Latin American clients  Develop and maintain financial SOPs  Manage accounts receivable and collections  Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Qualifications  5+ years experience in bookkeeping/accounting  Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online multi-company management  Experience with Avalara, Shopify, and Fishbowl inventory  Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)  Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and ADP platform  Experience with multi-state sales tax requirements  Proven track record of developing and implementing SOPs  Excellent organizational and documentation skills To Apply Submit resume, cover letter, and three professional references detailing your experience with: We are an equal opportunity employer Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Work Location: Remote Apply Job!Â
