Job Title: Freelance Creative Director – Non-Traditional Mobile Ads About Us We’re Convert Adverts INC, a growing advertising company specializing in non-traditional, realistic mobile video ads. Our unique approach creates authentic, in-the-moment content that feels genuine and resonates with audiences on platforms like Google and Facebook. We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Director who can bring fresh ideas, connect with talent, and deeply understand the nature of our videos—what works for ads, how to communicate that effectively, and how to develop compelling video concepts. Role Overview As our Creative Director, you’ll collaborate on the development and execution of weekly video ads, working closely with a small team of amateur actors. Your role will focus on discussing concepts, planning video layouts, identifying locations, and guiding the actors to create authentic and engaging content. Responsibilities • Creative Vision: • Understand and effectively communicate the nature and style of our video concepts. • Discuss and develop video concepts, layouts, and potential locations. • Guide the creative process to align with the realistic, mobile-first approach of our ads. • Talent Sourcing and Management: • Identify, recruit, and manage amateur actors who can deliver authentic self-filmed content. • Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure videos meet creative expectations. • Project Oversight: • Review actor submissions for quality and alignment with briefs. • Collaborate with the editing team to ensure final videos are polished and ready for distribution. Qualifications • Ability to understand and communicate creative video concepts. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to guide talent effectively. • Experience working with or sourcing amateur actors is a plus. • Familiarity with creating authentic, mobile-first video content. • Clear and concise communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration.
