Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with client managers to ascertain staffing needs and keep them updated on the status of applicants. • Support drivers throughout their application process with clients and carriers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. • Organize and manage orientation sessions, addressing travel, accommodation, and any unforeseen challenges that may arise. • Execute administrative tasks and provide support to meet additional team requirements.
