Determine the right set of facts and surrounding dimensions suited to perform the desired type of analysis or queries against the data. Arrive at data solution diagrams including data flow diagrams, use case models, etc. Skilled in analyzing existing business system data, data profiling and source analysis. Expert using SQL Experts in understanding business need to translate those needs into an effective model. Expert in Entity-Relationship modeling, with specific expertise in Star/Snowflake Schema modeling. Experience implementing IBM UDMH Model - Atomic or Dimensional Model Exposure in one or more enterprise-level Modeling tools, IDA, ERWin, ER-Studio, etc Healthcare Domain Knowledge is a must; Exposure to HL7, FHIR, OMOP will be a plus Advanced understanding of data normalization and denormalization techniques. Expert in Metadata management and tools. Advanced experience in Master Data management/systems and Reference Data management/systems. Advanced experience with modeling process creation and implementation.
