You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless experience for all users. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers via chat to address their queries, concerns, and technical issues. • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. • Utilize troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems related to software, applications, and digital services. • Document customer interactions and accurately log all relevant information in the company's system. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and enhance the overall customer experience.
