Our team is expanding! We have a new opening for a Theme Park Operations Associate! This role is located at our Remote facility. Job Summary: Position: Theme Park Operations Associate at Disney... You will be interacting with guests, answering questions, providing information, and ensuring a magical experience for all visitors. You will also be responsible for assisting with crowd control, monitoring ride lines, and ensuring guest safety at all times. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and customer service skills 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 3. Strong attention to detail 4. Ability to work well in a team 5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Must be at least 18 years old Responsibilities: 1. Greet guests and provide information about the park 2. Assist with crowd control and line management 3. Monitor ride lines and ensure guest safety 4. Assist with park cleanliness and maintenance 5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints 6. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines 7.
