The procedures involve handling electronic payment methods such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, in tandem with cash and check transactions • Familiarize yourself with and comply with the requirements for approving and presenting merchant vouchers, restrictions on limited funds, and loss prevention measures • Providing incentives such as discounts, free gifts, or memberships can also help encourage customers to take advantage of our sales and services • Responsibly manage phone calls by assigning the appropriate degree of urgency to each one and handling them accordingly • Regular auditing of the overall inventory control system can help to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, providing timely solutions and ensuring that the system remains effective • Comply with the automated inventory management and control system's regulations for non-legend drug ordering and track consumed or discarded stock accordingly • Follow the prescribed procedures of the department by maintaining clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas • Responding to customer feedback in a prompt and positive manner can help in building customer trust and loyalty • Abide by and promote all hygiene and safety regulations and policies as per the company and health code regulations at the state, local, and federal level.
