Actively seeking a Legal Global Billing Manager for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position requires that the candidate bring at least 10 years of overall Legal Billing experience, with a majority of that being in a Management level role or title.  HOURS: Monday  Friday, 9:30 AM  5:30 PM EST ... SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (2 Days in Office) | Manhattan, NY PAY: $200 - $220K (Commensurate w/Experience) BENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.  IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS  BachelorÂs Degree REQUIRED  10+ yrs Experience of Legal Billing Work Experience  5+ Years of Management Level Experience or Title  Experience Utilizing Aderant or Elite 3E Billing, Coding, and Invoicing Accounting Software  Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills  ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  Billing and client analysis projects.  Reviews outstanding balance reports  Leads a strong Global Billing Team for a Global Law Firm  Ensures optimal day-to-day operations of department functions.  Develops and maintains local and global departmental workflow processes, goals and supporting objectives for assigned staff.  Provides problem solving guidance and resolution on a global basis.  Analyzes reports to determine trends and facilitate effective billing and collections strategies.  Meets with partners as needed to discuss goals/objectives, issues, etc.  SearchPointNY/Noor Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
