Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced organization. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
