As we continue to innovate, refine and automate our operations, we're in search of a skilled Google Apps Script developer to join us as a 1099 contractor. Your role? To seamlessly integrate and automate Google Sheets to Google Docs and Gmail. This initiative is pivotal in enhancing our internal operations and workflow. Position Overview: Status: 1099 Contractor This is not an employment offer but a contract-based role. As a 1099 contractor, you'll be managing your own taxes and benefits. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Before we embark on this collaboration, we will require you to sign an NDA and BAA to protect both our operations and the intellectual property involved. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights related to the product, scripts, codes, and solutions you create during this contract will belong exclusively to ACPE, PLLC. By accepting this role, you will waive any claims to ownership or rights. Key Deliverables: 1. Refine or construct a Google Apps Script to reliably extract from Google Sheets. 2. Ensure data populates accurately into distinct/specific Google Docs templates. 3. Implement conversion of Google Docs into PDF formats. 4. Set up seamless Gmail integration to dispatch the PDF Inside a Template Email. 5. Design scheduling functionality for the subsequent PDF and Email delivery. 6. Video tutorial on how to use the automation projection. Skills & Requirements: - Google Apps Script Expertise: Your core responsibility is scripting. A robust command over GAS, especially integrating with Sheets, Docs, and Gmail, is critical. - API Proficiency: Given our reliance on Google services, adeptness with Google APIs — from handling limits to error contingencies — is a must. - Problem-Solving Acumen: The nature of this project might usher in unexpected challenges. A robust problem-solving mindset will be your asset. Collaborative Dynamics: - Transparency: We're big on open communication. Regular checkpoints, daily or weekly, fortify our collaborative spirit. - Team Integration: While your autonomy is paramount, our team stands by for any support, questions, or brainstorming.
