Job Description: Happy Mom Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Turnover Cleaner to join our team! This is a full-time position that requires availability on weekdays and weekends. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing Airbnb properties between guest stays, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, organization, and presentation for each new guest. Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough cleanings of Airbnb properties, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces • Change and launder linens, towels, and bedding • Replenish guest amenities and supplies • Ensure all areas are neat, clean, and guest-ready • Report any maintenance issues or damage to management • Follow company standards and checklists to guarantee consistency and quality Requirements: • Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required (pay is based on experience) • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable transportation to travel between job sites • Positive attitude and strong work ethic Benefits: • Competitive pay based on experience • Flexible schedule within the required working hours • Supportive and friendly work environment • Opportunity to grow with a dynamic cleaning company If you take pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and have a flexible schedule, we’d love to have you on our team!
