You'll work closely with our CEO and other brilliant minds, tackling the most exciting challenges for the executive team while effortlessly handling a variety of administrative and operational needs. With at least 4 years of EA or operations experience under your belt, this role is your ticket to becoming a future Chief of Staff or Director of Operations. Responsibilities include: • Efficiently manage and prioritize incoming emails, flagging essential emails for daily review and ensuring timely responses. • Compile documents, prepare research, and record minutes for external meetings when necessary. Partner with the CEO to identify action items and ensure follow through. • Handle daily administrative tasks including managing an active calendar, making and managing travel arrangements, and maintaining organized files. • Compose business correspondence as requested, ensuring accuracy and an appropriate tone. • Support logistics for team and executive events, ensuring seamless execution. • Provide strategic administrative and project management support as needed. • Provide periodic support for certain personal tasks for the CEO. Recommended Experience • 4+ years experience supporting C-level executives and/or in operational roles. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in email and calendar management tools. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. • Desire to be a part of a mission driven team making a difference in the lives of student loan borrowers! The base salary for this role is likely to fall between $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience, and will include equity and a full range of benefits.
