In this Entry Level Customer Support Assistant position, we’re seeking someone who thrives in a team environment and is respectful, positive, and personable. Key responsibilities for the Customer Support Assistant: • Provide excellent customer service to all customers with a customer-comes-first attitude. • Customer Support will have to demonstrate the ability to write well professionally and work with different departments to resolve issues as they arise.
