We are seeking seasonal Provider Services Representatives. This project is for IVA, Prospective and Risk. You will coordinate and collect medical records from provider offices, medical groups and other medical facilities and/or entities. Our Provider Services Representatives work Monday – Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm PST The rate of pay for his position is $18.50/hr. PSR Role Description • Responsible for making outbound calls to Provider offices and answering inbound calls • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach • Works day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast paced environment • Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email) • Works on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follows set procedures. Works under supervision and receives instructions. Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills: • Ability to manage & prioritize multiple tasks • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals • Proficient in Microsoft Office – (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Detail oriented • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail Reveleer is an equal opportunity employer.
