MGS has immediate openings for Customer Service Agent at Baltimore International Airport. Exhibiting exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ensure the safety of property and people • Provide wheelchair services ensuring that all security procedures are met. • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor. • Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed. • Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots. • Provide security at different areas (such as door, ramp, catering, bag room) • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
