Part-Time Remote Veterinary Receptionist

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a compassionate veterinary team while working remotely. Position Description: As a Remote Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and support. Your role will involve managing appointment scheduling, answering client inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks for multiple hospitals simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

• This is a remote position, you will not be working at a practice.
• Flexibility is essential for success in this role.
• Part-time availability is expected, with weekly hours ranging from 15 to 29 hours.
• Must be able to work across all U.S. time zones.
• Assist multiple veterinary hospitals simultaneously as needed.
• Attend company meetings
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries for multiple hospitals simultaneously.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary services.
• Maintain accurate records and files for clients and pets.
• Process payments and manage client billing inquiries.
• Assist in handling medical records and ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide information about services, procedures, and pet care.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up with clients regarding their pets' appointments and care.

Requirements to fulfill this role are:

• A minimum of 3 years working in a veterinary practice.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM EST with rotating weekends are required.
• Efficiently managing incoming calls, text messages, and emails for multiple hospitals, while placing callers on hold when necessary, is required.
• Internet Requirements: Visit speedtest.net to check your computer's connection speed. To be considered for this position, your speed test must show a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 9 Mbps upload. Please attach an image or exported file of the results to your application.
