Position Overview We’re hiring a Virtual Phone Sales Specialist to connect with warm leads, guide clients through their insurance options, and close sales—all from the comfort of home. No cold calling, no door knocking, and no MLM schemes. Just real conversations and real commissions. What You’ll Do
- Call and connect with pre-qualified, inbound leads
- Understand each client’s needs and offer the right insurance solution
- Follow up with clients and provide post-sale support
- Complete state licensing (we help you through the process)
- Work independently while staying plugged into a team that’s got your back
- Keep things organized and communicate professionally
