Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat. • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns. • Assist with product information, technical support, and order tracking. • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring a smooth customer experience. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. • Log all interactions and update customer records in the system.
