Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. The... ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our database and ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and up-to-date. This position is essential for supporting our mission and enhancing our organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Enter and update data in our database with accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Verify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies. • Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines. • Collaborate with team members virtually to ensure data integrity and support program initiatives. • Generate reports and summaries as needed for program evaluation and decision-making. • Perform routine backups and data maintenance tasks. • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
