Expected Outcomes and Requirements: Gateway is hiring an Order Management Representative to play a critical role in supporting Gateway’s industry leading customer experience. The Order Management Representative will be integral in completing customer order entry activities in support of our goal of adding 100,000 residential & business passings per year. The Order Management Representative is expected to contribute in the following significant ways:

• Complete order entry activities in line with Gateway's process.
• Escalate order entry issues or irregularities to the Customer Service Manager.
• Research existing orders to ensure they originate from existing or future service areas.
• Generate weekly & monthly reports for Customer Service & Sales departments.
• Support Customer Service team with special projects, as needed.
• Respond to internal & external inquiries as necessary.

The successful candidate will bring the following to the table:

• Have the capability to work 40 hours per week to complete assigned tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus.
• Must have flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business.
