We're looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is central to supporting the co-founders of our internationally recognized company and their Senior Executive Assistants. Located in the vibrant downtown area of Salt Lake City, Utah, this full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, life, medical, retirement, and vision plans. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to our co-founders and their Senior Executive Assistants. Maintain impeccable organization across various tasks including office coordination, managing supplies, and welcoming guests. Ensure confidentiality and discretion with all personal and business information. Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, efficiently managing inquiries. Oversee document management, including scanning, copying, and filing. Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Assist with event management, speaking engagements, and expense reporting. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in a professional office setting, with a proven track record of organizational and communication excellence. Professional demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dynamo, Concur, Adobe Pro, and familiarity with expense reporting and client relationship management. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A team player who communicates effectively and possesses a strong work ethic. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and discretion at all times.
