As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Assist customers with booking, reservations, and general travel information. Resolve customer concerns and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer situations.
