Entry Level Underwriting Assistant - 100% remote QUAD is seeking an Entry Level Underwriting Assistant for an organization in King of Prussia, PA. Full time hours Monday through Friday, remote... The Underwriting Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the underwriting and sales departments. Responsibilities of the Underwriting Assistant • Compose letters and correspondence and proposals • Enter information into database and update accounts • Reach out to members to collect questionnaires and medical information • Respond to members questions or concerns via phone/email • Assists with composing and releasing Rate Increase and Decline letters. • Create reports as needed • Assist with planning sales events Requirements of the Underwriting Assistant • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience • 1+ years of customer service, administrative or data entry experience, preferably in a service, healthcare, or retail environment • Excellent communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor • Strong customer service orientation • Attention to detail Additional Details Salary Range: $18 per hour Mission and Vision We are a superior consulting firm focused on helping clients achieve their dreams and address complex situations with inspired people, deep expertise, and innovative technologies.
