The purpose of this role is to grow and develop our network of vendors and team members to support the Class Valuation Innovation team?s unique products. This individual is responsible for developing strategies and programs to lead our vendors and team members to represent our core values and deliver premium service and quality. The program must support the growth and adoption of our innovative... solutions in the marketplace. This will include but not limited to recruiting and training development for our vendors and team members. This individual is expected to hold our values of excellence, accountability, and transparency. Additionally, change is a constant so must be adaptable and willing to pivot and make changes quickly and effectively. Essential Tasks: ? Become intimately familiar with Class Valuation and other relevant technology and processes utilized in innovation. ? Remain closely tied to our operations, product and technology owners to ensure both our solutions and program development are set up for successful execution. ? Incorporate feedback from users, providers, operations and others to improve and enhance our program development. ? Must move at pace to iterate on the program as we gain learnings through our deployment in production ? Identify areas for program and development improvement ? Program development must be designed for: ? Vendor efficiency, success and retention ? Proliferation of our core values and expectations of excellence ? Capture feedback to provide to all other internal stakeholders ? Participate in the strategy of utilization of staff versus network to support innovation solutions ? Capture vendor feedback after onboarding and provide feedback to other stakeholders and further improve the program development ? Develop and execute client and user training ? Conduct follow up and feedback delivery from end users and clients ? Cohesive collaboration with Digital Operations team ? Develop, and lead continuing education, ongoing training, and training updates for vendors and team members ? Partner with senior team members and managers to develop and maintain all team processes and SOPs with the goal of constant improvement for the highest quality digital valuations and best possible customer and partner experiences ? Partner with senior team members and manage opportunities for career development, including leadership, hard, and soft skills ? Listen to all team members to identify and resolve process gaps, problem-solve, and remove operational hurdles ? Partner across the Digital organization to identify Digital Valuation Partner development opportunities, resolve process and technology gaps, and problem-solve ? Support the Executive Management Team whenever called upon ? Perform related duties as assigned by the Executive Management Team ? Attend regular virtual meetings on video ?
