Job Description Key responsibilities: • Delivering excellent customer service to donors and supporters over the phone and via email. • Handling supporter queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. • Maintaining accurate records of supporter interactions in the internal database. • Building and maintaining relationships with supporters to ensure ongoing engagement. • Working collaboratively with the customer service team to meet and exceed departmental goals. • Adhering to all company policies and procedures. • Participating in training and development opportunities as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Supporter Care Officer should have: • Experience in a customer service role, ideally in the Not For Profit sector. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong background in call handling, ideally in relation to fundraising/donations. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service. • Experience using CRM systems. • A team-oriented mindset.
