Job Description of Sales Support Specialist: The task of Sales Support Specialist involves being attentive and amicable to customers, proactively identifying their needs and tackling the necessary support. By utilizing available resources, associates gain insight into products and relay essential details that are valuable to customers making purchase decisions... Responsibilities of Sales Support Specialist:  Immediately correcting hazards unsafe conditions or reporting them to the Manager on Duty  Working safely to not endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers  These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments.  Greet customers  Qualify customer needs  Recommend products  Close sales with every customer in their department  They will also know how to handle basics in adjacent departments.  Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe.
