Position: Medical Benefits Specialist Pay: $17/hr. Full time + Weekly Pay and Benefits Schedule: Must be able to accept an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation M-F 7am-8pm CST. Type of role: Temp to possible perm Equipment: Associates MUST provide own device which can be any PC, Apple, Chromebook or thin desktop device such as a home computer, etc. No tablets or phones. Job Details: • Perform both outbound and inbound calls servicing patients depending on department you're assigned to. • Speak to providers and perform medical benefit investigations. • Verify and input critical patient demographic data into the system. Job Requirements Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent medical insurance verification experience required. • Must have high speed internet with the modem access. • Positive and friendly personality with exceptional attendance. • Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment. The following technical requirements must be met to work from home: • Provide your own personal Windows PC or Laptop • No tablets or mobile phones permitted. (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Either Integrated or External webcam on is REQUIRED. • Minimum RAM requirements: 16gb of RAM, 250gb of storage • Internet connection with a rated speed of 1Mbps download and 768 Kbps upload. • Once hired you'll be required to install and use the mandatory Company software including a Company paid for anti-virus software.
