Job Overview We are seeking an accomplished Hybrid Controller to join our esteemed non-profit organization based in Atlanta. This pivotal role will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations while supporting our mission of making a positive community impact... Key Responsibilities  Supervise all financial functions to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.  Manage the monthly closing procedures and guarantee the accuracy of financial reports.  Collaborate with auditors for annual audits and tax documentation.  Analyze financial data to offer critical insights that guide our strategic decisions.  Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their development and success. Required Skills  Exceptional leadership abilities and team management skills.  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  Proficiency in accounting software, with Sage Intacct being a desirable asset. Qualifications  BachelorÂs degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is preferred.  CPA certification is mandatory.  A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting with demonstrable success in a similar capacity.  Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
