This entry-level position begins with comprehensive training, covering essential marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Successful completion of the training program positions the individual as a team lead within the marketing department. The Assistant Brand Manager reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Executive Managers to understand the companys strategies and apply them to the marketing of brands and products. Assist in executing marketing strategies focused on brand development, market expansion, and increasing market share. Build and maintain professional client relationships, ensuring effective communication and service. Participate in meetings, webinars, and training sessions to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills in marketing and brand management. Complete delegated tasks from Executive Managers with efficiency, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Commit to ongoing learning and skill development in business management and marketing strategies. Qualifications and Desired Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients and team members professionally.
