As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that each customer has a positive experience with Delta Airlines. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and enhancing customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and a passion for helping others. You will work from the comfort of your home, adhering to Delta’s high standards of customer service. Requirements • Reside in the state of Georgia. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Provide accurate information about Delta Airlines’ services, policies, and procedures. • Assist customers with booking, flight changes, and other travel-related inquiries. • Document and update customer records in the system. • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
