If you are a Registered Dietitian that wants to start their own private practice, or if you already have your own practice, then we can help you with the following:  Referrals: grow your practice through the referral partners we've established already  Get in-network: we quickly credential you with major insurance plans for free  Billing & Admin Support: we know billing to insurance is a pain, so we do it for you and guarantee you get paid  Handouts: feel free to use our library of handouts or bring your own  Flexibility: you can see as little as one client through Fay. We have no minimums or required number of visits per month All you need to provide is:  Proof you are a Registered Dietitian, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration  Proof of Illinois State License  Professional Liability insurance, which we can help you get if you don't already have it While we are currently looking for dietitians focused on eating disorders, we work with all kinds of dietitians!
