Job Description: • Fully Remote Position • 24/25 School Year • 1099 Contract • Work with students with varying disabilities • Specific caseload details to be discussed during the interview Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, administrators, and other professionals. • Use assessment tools and strategies to evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement. • Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to ensure effective inclusion and accommodations. • Employ diverse teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles and abilities. • Monitor and document student progress, behaviors, and achievements while maintaining accurate records. • Engage with parents and guardians to foster communication and involve them in their child's educational journey. • Attend faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related activities as required.
