Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Facebook & YouTube Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms. This role will involve creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to maximize client ROI. The ideal candidate is proficient in ad analytics, familiar with tools like Hyros for advanced tracking and attribution, and has a strategic mindset for creating compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences. Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising strategies on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media channels. • Manage end-to-end campaign creation, including ad copywriting, targeting, and creative development. • Utilize advanced tracking software (Hyros, etc.) to analyze campaign performance and customer attribution accurately. • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and audiences to enhance engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. • Monitor ad spend, analyze campaign data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs and ROI goals. • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings and insights to clients regularly. • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for Facebook, YouTube, and other paid media. Requirements: • Proven experience managing Facebook and YouTube advertising campaigns with a track record of delivering results. • Expertise in paid media strategies, budgeting, and analytics. • Proficiency in using tracking and attribution tools like Hyros, Google Analytics, and platform-specific analytics dashboards. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting and report creation. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. • Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and customer segmentation is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification. • Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn) is a bonus.
