Job Overview In the role of Virtual EFL Teacher, you will harness the advantages of online education to engage with students and provide enriching learning experiences. This position offers the opportunity to connect with diverse learners through innovative virtual platforms. Availability Full-time or Part-time (Evenings & Saturdays) Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons tailored to the needs of individual students. • Facilitate a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere that promotes student participation. • Maintain effective communication with students and provide timely feedback on their progress. • Participate actively in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills. Required Skills • Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering connections with students from various backgrounds. • Passionate about teaching and enthusiastic about cultural exchange. Qualifications • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field. • TEFL/TESOL certification or an equivalent qualification. • A minimum of 100 hours of EFL/ESL teaching experience. • Reliable internet connection (30 Mbps). • Located outside of Costa Rica.
