Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently. This role requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in data management systems, as well as a keen eye for detail. Only applicants located in Cache Valley, UT need apply. Duties • Process and record incoming payments accurately in the system. • Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and correct. • Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner. • Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients as necessary. • Organize and file financial documents systematically for easy retrieval. • Transcribe data from various sources into databases while ensuring accuracy. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies related to accounts receivable. • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team. Requirements • Proven experience in an accounts receivable or similar role is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
