We’re Sutherland, and we’re now seeking compassionate customer service reps to join us in supporting one of our newest customers, a nonprofit organization that processes scholarships for students attending K-12 private schools. Job Description • At least one year customer service/call center experience • English proficiency • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience • The ability to remain empathetic, personable and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations. • Self-motivation, detail-orientation and the ability to multitask. • Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation To work from home, all candidates must have wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download as well as a secure, quiet, distraction-free place to work. Sutherland will provide all equipment. IMPORTANT NOTE: This job is open only to residents of the United States, and you must be authorized to work in the US in order to be considered for employment.
