Key Responsibilities: ? * Provide excellent customer service to passengers at various touchpoints, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas. ? * Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades. ? * Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions. ? * Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer. ? * Collaborate with other team members, including flight crew and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures. ? * Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff. ? Required Skills and Qualifications: ? * High school diploma or equivalent. ? * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? * Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and stressful situations. ? * Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. ? * Attention to detail and accuracy in handling passenger information and transactions. ? * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ? * Previous customer service experience preferred. ? * Knowledge of airline reservation systems and procedures is a plus. ? Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred, especially in the airline or hospitality industry. Working Hours: Airline Customer Service Agents may be required to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules and operational needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: ? * Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. ? * Familiarity with airport operations and procedures. ? * Understanding of airline policies and regulations. ? * Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 pounds. ? * Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous but not required. ?
