In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various digital platforms and internal systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and software systems
- Review data for accuracy and completeness; correct any discrepancies
- Maintain digital records and filing systems in accordance with company policies
- Perform regular data quality checks and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data-related issues
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or similar clerical roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- High typing speed with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
