Responsibilities
The Department Clerk is responsible for the routing of incoming and outgoing mail pertaining to the Group. Must be able to operate computer to enter and retrieve data. Needs to have ability to recognize and correct mailing errors immediately. Always uses proper tact and discretion in handling inquiries from patients and their families from school age adolescent, young adult, middle adult to older adult.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Previous office experience preferred. 2. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
