Target salary range is 100k - 200k, depending on experience level. Our client for this role is a small company with very unique experience and expertise in cybersecurity and related areas. Candidates should have a background or experience in a technical area, excellent teamwork skills, and be willing to learn. Ideally, candidates also know something about networks, forensics, software engineering, or similar areas. This is uniquely rewarding, high-impact work that cannot be done elsewhere. Qualifications
- U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI FSP security clearance. (Sorry, we are unable to sponsor or upgrade clearances for this role.)
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience as a scrum master and implementing Agile processes, including gathering requirements, implementing appropriate measurements, etc.
- Experience teaching/coaching Agile processes, both in-person and online.
- Experience teaching and facilitating agile coaching in-person and virtual courses for at least 20 to 30 attendees per session.
- Experience gathering requirements as well as identifying and validating appropriate Agile measurements
