The Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the project. You will be responsible for quality analysis efforts on multiple applications, drive process improvements, and champion a culture of continuous improvement You will conduct quality audits and reviews to help ensure quality process and products are implemented. - Professional Development Opportunities- Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.- Analyze complex data and identify patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.- Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes.- Conduct market research and understand market trends.- Create system functional specifications from business requirements.- Interact with organization and client managers.- Perform cost/schedule monitoring,
- Identify additional product and service opportunities in customer organization.Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in related field.- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.- 2 years or more of related experience with telecommunications and relay services.- Knowledge of Public utilities and transportation regulatory policy analysis and formulation.- Knowledge of Principles, practices, and trends of public and business administration, and management.- Other related certification(s).- California residency preferred.- Proficient with American Sign Language preferred.- Experience working with the deaf and disabled community required.- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US .Home Office Requirements:- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.- Remote workers required internet speed policy: minimum download speed is 20 Mbps and 5 Mbps upload; Shared connection requirement is 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
