You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling product messaging, creating go-to-market strategies, and collaborating across departments to align product positioning with business goals. You’ll act as a key connector between product, sales, and marketing, using insights from market research and customer feedback to inform campaign development and optimize performance. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer with experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring alignment from awareness to retention
  • Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and use cases across a diverse portfolio
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build and maintain detailed buyer and user personas, tracking behavior and decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop enablement tools, talk tracks, and playbooks
  • Support the creation of thought leadership content to elevate brand authority
  • Track key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives and optimize based on results
Requirements
  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record of executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable results
  • Strong grasp of content strategy, ABM, multichannel campaigns, and buyer journey mapping
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress, Figma, and Pendo
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Analytical mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills
