We are now recruiting for our clients all across the country.So that is where you come in. We have a remote AP/AR Specialist role available, and we need your help. • Account Receivables and calling clients on outstanding AR

• Strong full-cycle AP/AR experience – Experience working in QuickBooks
• Strong collection experience through email and telephone
• Administrative work experience with heavy data entry
• Strong Bookkeeping experience
• Professional attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Solid Computer - Chromebooks are not compatible?
• Strong internet connection - preferably wired with at least 50 Mbps
• Multiple Monitors - you'll need at least two monitors
• A good headset (a USB, double-ear headset with noise-canceling microphone is worth every penny you spend on it. Bluetooth headsets are not ideal)
• Designated quiet workspace – Starbucks won’t work
